We ship orders within South Africa using reliable shipping carriers. Please note that we do not ship outside of South Africa at this time.
We currently only offer couriers services for delivery.
1. The Courier Guy/Pudo
We make use of The Courier Guy Delivery for all our shipping. Shipping typically occurs within 72 hours after placing your order and us receiving payment or proof of payment. Packages should be expected within 1-3 working days after being drop of/collected by the couriers days depending on how close your delivery address are to main cities. Please make sure that your account has your up to date shipping info as we won’t be responsible for extra costs incurred due to the packages going to the wrong address. Also please provide your cellphone number so you can be contacted when your parcel arrives.
2. Collection in Somerset West, Stellenbosch and Bellville.
We offer a few collection options you can select from. These locations are reatail stores who will hold onto your package for pickup by you. You can select which pick up location on the check out page. These location are Imperium Games (Somerset West), Stellies Chop Shop (Stellenbosch) and Club Travel, Tygervalley (Bellville).
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email or text message notification with instructions on where and when to collect your parcel. You will need to provide your order confirmation number and a valid form of identification when picking up your parcel.
Please note that you will have a limited amount of time (3 business days) to collect your parcel before it is returned to us. If you are unable to collect your parcel within the designated pickup period, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
When collecting your parcel at a brick and mortar location, please inspect the package carefully to ensure that it is in good condition and that all items are included. If there are any issues or discrepancies with your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
